向家坝水电站开始运作
经过10年的建设，四川宜宾向家坝水电站于2014年7月9日开始运作。
After 10 years of construction, hydropower station started operating on July
9, 2014, in Yibin city, Sichuan province.
Xiangjiaba is China's third-biggest hydropower station following Three Gorge
and Xiluodu with a total installed capacity of 6.4 million kilowatt and an
investment of almost 70 billion yuan.
The power generated by Xiangjiaba will be supplied to mainly central and east
China and also to Sichuan and Yunnan during drought period.
