CCTV reporter sat down with Phallop Thaiarry, the Secretary general of the World Fellowship of Buddhists, and asked him about the future development of Buddhism.

Q1. The theme of this forum is making a common wish and taking common actions. Tell us, what is the biggest wish for Buddhism?

Q2. When Buddhism came to China it flourished here. Now with China's rise, how can Buddhism penetrate Western countries more?

Q3. Chinese president Xi Jinping has called for exchanges among different civilizations to promote peace. What can events like the Buddhist Forum in China do to help achieve that?
