China's auto market continues to grow... the China passenger Car association says vehicle sales soared 16.9 percent in December from a year earlier.
A total of 2.36 million passenger cars hit the road last month. For the whole year of 2015, vehicle sales rose 8.5 percent from 2014, beating automobile manufacturers' estimates of around 7 percent.
China is now the world's largest auto market but analysts worry that overcapacity concerns will shadow the industry in the long run.
