Objective: The present preliminary study was designed to investigate the hemostatic effect of aprotinin, tranexamic acid ( TA) and ε-aminocaproic acid ( EACA) in off-pump coronary artery bypass ( OPCAB).

目的：评估抗纤溶药物包括抑肽酶、6-氨基已酸和氨甲环酸在非体外循环冠脉搭桥术（OPCAB）中的血液保护作用。

Conclusions Intravesical instillation of antifibrinolytic agent EACA or PAMBA can enhance BCG attachment to bladder wall while fibrinolytic agent heparin inhibit it. This means the former may enhance BCG antineoplastic effect.

结论膀胱内灌注纤维蛋白溶解抑制剂可增强BCG与膀胱壁的结合力，而纤溶促进剂肝素则作用相反，提示前者可提高BCG的抗肿瘤疗效。

[ Objective] To investigate the hemostasia effect, the influence to the renal function and the possibility thromboembolism of epsilon-aminocaproic acid ( EACA) for patients undergoing prosthetic valve replacement.

目的：了解体外循环手术时预防性使用6氨基己酸是否能和抑肽酶一样有效地减少心脏瓣膜置换手术患者术后出血；观察6氨基己酸是否可能导致这些患者血栓形成以及可能对肾脏功能的不利影响。
