Objective: To observe the effect of energy controllable steep pulses ( ECSP) on the growth of ovarian tumor-bearing nude mice and to analyze its mechanisms to damage tumor cells.

目的：观察陡脉冲电场对荷瘤裸鼠肿瘤生长的影响，分析其杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用机制。

Results: There was no significant difference between before and after ECSP treatment in liver function, renal function, hemogram and electrocardiograph ( ECG) ( P> 0.05).

结果：ECSP处理后动物的肝肾功能、血象和ECG与处理前比较，差异无显著性（P>0·05）。

By applying the price determined method in option pricing in financial theory together with the consideration of risk in confinement to ECSP, we described the risk problem in the processes of management decision.
