The neonatal neurological and adaptive capacity scores ( NACS) of breast-feeding newborns were measured at 24,48,72,% h after cesarean section in two groups. Visual analogue scales ( VAS) of the parturients were recorded during PCEA.

NaCS的取代度随着反应时间先逐渐增大，到6h后，取代度保持在0.5左右。通过纤维素酶降解实验可知，NaCS的降解性随着其制备时间的增加而呈现逐渐下降的趋势。
