中共通过《关于经济建设和国防建设融合发展的意见》

The CPC central political bureau has reviewed and approved guidelines on promoting integrated military and economy development, as well as a development plan for the Yangtze River Economic Belt.

The bureau has put the integration of military and civilian development as a national strategy. While for the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the plan suggests to uphold the concept of ecological development, as well as strengthen regulations and protection of the region.

The plan also asked to push forward supplyside structural reform, and reduce use of outdated capacity.
